Be the Rider Your Horse

This workshop covers how your heart can synchronize with your horse. We will explore how you can bring yourself to a calm and coherent state so to help your horse also find that in themselves. Students may bring their own horse or work with an Eternal Sun horse/Oakwood horse depending on location.

​Please bring a bag lunch. We will have coffee and water on site. We will break for lunch and a have a Q&A session between the morning groundwork and the afternoon riding sessions.
